Payment Policy:
1. **21-Day Money Back Guarantee:**
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our hosting services. Therefore, we offer a 21-day money-back guarantee for our hosting services. This guarantee excludes domain renewals, domain registrations, and additional services that are not directly related to the hosting cost.
2. **Late Invoices:**
Invoices are expected to be paid by their due date as specified in the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, which is why we offer a 5-day grace period from the due date for late payments. During this grace period, you can restore your services by paying the overdue amount without incurring any additional fees.
If payment is not received within the 5-day grace period, a late payment fee equivalent to 5% of the total payment amount will be applied to restore the services, regardless of the time of payment within the grace period
Furthermore, if payment is not received within 12 days from the due date, the account is subject to termination. Prior to the termination of the account, we will make at least three attempts to contact you to inform you about the outstanding payment and the impending termination.
Please note that once the account is canceled or terminated, it is irreversible, and all data, including websites and information stored within the account, may be permanently lost. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the termination of the account due to non-payment.
